What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, email, phone number, and service address. To monitor your solar system we also collect solar production data (and, where available, home energy consumption and battery data) from your inverter manufacturer's platform — with your authorization.
How we use it
We use your information to monitor your system's health, alert you and our service team to problems, send you performance reports, schedule service you request, and process your subscription payments. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the product work: payment processing (Stripe), email and text delivery, your inverter manufacturer's monitoring platform, and — when you book service — our scheduling system. Each receives only what it needs.
How we protect it
Account credentials for manufacturer platforms are stored encrypted. Access to customer data is limited to authorized staff. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from report emails using the link in any email, ask us to update or delete your information, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
