The service

Southern Solar Monitoring watches your solar system's performance using data from your inverter manufacturer's platform, alerts you to problems, and — on plans that include it — coordinates service visits. Monitoring depends on data your manufacturer makes available; gaps or delays on their side can affect what we see.

Plans & billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe on the schedule you choose (monthly or annual) until canceled. Some plans carry a commitment period shown at signup. You can cancel by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing and moves your system to the free tier (no active monitoring or alerts).

Your responsibilities

Keep your contact information current, and grant (and maintain) the monitoring access we request from your manufacturer — without it we can't watch your system. Service-visit scheduling and any repair work are subject to the separate estimates/invoices you approve.

What we're not

Monitoring is an early-warning service, not a guarantee of system performance, energy production, or savings. Estimated savings shown in the app and reports are estimates based on your utility rate and measured production, not a bill guarantee. Equipment warranties remain with the manufacturer.

Changes

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
